About

Dr. Rademan was raised on a farm in central Missouri and moved to Colorado in 2013. She brings a midwest friendly spirit to treatment, along with a drive to help clients reach their goals. She offers a goal oriented and supportive environment for treatment and coaching.

Dr. Rademan starts treatment with a thorough and detailed inventory of life experiences that could be contributing to current concerns. She also explores body pain and chronic health concerns as those can be impacted by trauma and emotional wounding. Just like with physical health, mental health can be impacted by earlier 'injuries' that flare up later in life. Many people have been in and out of therapy throughout their life and haven't found sustained relief due to not healing the root issue or concern.

At the foundation of treatment, Dr. Rademan utilizes a trauma and somatic focused framework. Trauma is not only major violence or death, but can also be a loss of a relationship, not getting your needs met when you were a child, or ongoing major stressors. Trauma can be described as anything that significantly changed the way you view yourself or the world.

Dr. Rademan is prompt, courteous, and thought provoking. Previous clients have expressed appreciation for her direct communication style, sense of humor, and progressive approach to mental health and healing. Her passions include working with those dealing trauma, dissociation, functional neurological disorders, anxiety, and depression; along with folks with unique spiritual beliefs and experiences. Dr. Rademan also truly enjoys men’s mental health and helping men heal and create the lives they desire.

In her free time, Dr. Rademan enjoys hiking in the beautiful Colorado mountains, spending time with her dogs, listening to new music releases, and volunteering with Hospice.

Psychologists are aware of and respect cultural, individual, and role differences, including those based on age, gender, gender identity, race, ethnicity, culture, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, disability, language, and socioeconomic status, and consider these factors when working with members of such groups.
